Executive Meeting

1. CNP Paper work: Send recorder of deeds with $28.50 (by Sanjay Shrestha)

2. AG Office: will have to register with Attorney General Office, will need by-laws attached.

3. Tax exemption: viable option ? within a year of registration!!

4. 2005 Events:

New Year Party ? ANMA NY Party in Chicago ? 16^th April & ANMA meeting.  Sent an invitation to ANMA for New Year Party.   Start looking for Hall ? within 20 mile radius.

Dashain ? CNP organized ? 1 week ahead.

      Memorial Day Picnic ? CNP or ANMA organized

NAC 2006 ? TBA

*** Lakhey-type dance (from Portland, OR) ? feasibility??

*** SurSudha program in Sept/Oct.

5. Nepali Learning Center (Rajesh Sangraula):
6. Computer learning center ? basic training, physical office for CNP ? (**Asian Human Services) ? work with Tibetian Center.  Rajesh Sangraula, Learning Center Committee Chairman ? lets explore the concept. 

7. CNP Website maintenance and content mgmt:

Subodh Upreti will take the lead and create an updated dbase of CNP members ? registration required for new members.  Have the by-laws in the website.  Exec committee, CNP purposes on the web.  Youth forum to be incorporated.  Create expertise portal. 

8. Portal:  Referral, Networking, job placements, peer/mentor groups, interactive website.    Create a laundry list of ideas that we want to implement.  (Rabin, Subodh, & Rabin ? Anil Tuladhar).

9. Cultural group: David Seaman & Birendra Suwal

10. Membership: keep it current.  Life membership - $100

11. Youth program: will discuss with Executive Committee (hear from youths what they want?)

12. Finances: summarized by Rabin
